Registered Manager

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential settings and ensuring our homes offer a safe, nurturing environment for children and young people, whilst providing excellent levels of emotional and physical support at all times.

Senior Residential Support Worker

Join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker. Working with management, you will offer support in the day-to-day operation of the care home, whilst helping young people explore new interests and achieve their potential.

Residential Support Worker

As a Residential Support Worker, you will help enhance the learning and development of children and young people in your care by supporting activities aimed at improving their learning, social and independence skills.

Angela’s story

I started here as a student around studying for my Higher National Certificate qualification and then worked as a Sessional Residential Support Worker. Eight years later I’m now a Registered Manager. Being part of a driven team that care deeply for our young people and strive to provide them with the best possible life is so rewarding. Put everything you have into supporting the young people and you will find the job really rewarding. Persevere as it can be challenging, but the positives far outweigh the difficult days!
