As a Residential Support Worker, you will help enhance the learning and development of children and young people in your care by supporting activities aimed at improving their learning, social and independence skills.
I started here as a student around studying for my Higher National Certificate qualification and then worked as a Sessional Residential Support Worker. Eight years later I’m now a Registered Manager.
