Why join us

Transforming lives

At Aspris, we’re passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes for the children and young people we have the privilege to support. That means stability, care and nurturing environments for the children and young people residing in our children’s homes. Expert specialist education, to meet the unique needs of those attending our schools and colleges in the UK. Amazing support for fostering in the UK, and our schools and Wellbeing Centres in the Middle East.

Everything we do is focused on the wellbeing and development of the children and young people we support. As well as seeing the potential in our children and young people, we also see the potential in our colleagues and are committed to investing in training to help equip our talented teams to develop and grow with Aspris.

Culture

Our culture is one of compassion. The children and young people we care for are at the heart of everything we do. Every colleague works hard to get to know the individual, learning how best to support their needs. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment and are passionate about helping those we work with to succeed.

Our rewards and benefits

We invest in a range of rewards and benefits packages, supplementing competitive salaries with added extras to meet some of life’s challenges. As well as 25 days annual leave (rising with length of service) and enhanced DBS fee paid on your behalf, we offer access to a smart technology scheme, rewards and discounts schemes, a health cash plan, Gym Flex membership, a Cycle to Work scheme and financial, physical and mental wellbeing and support.

Training and development

We’re passionate about supporting our people to achieve their potential, and this starts from day one. We provide all new colleagues with a clear and detailed induction programme that includes training and tailored support from experienced colleagues, both face-to-face and virtual.

During your career with Aspris, you will get the opportunity to apply for a fully funded apprenticeship programme or additional learning as part of your continuing professional development. Our career journeys also offer management, leadership and specialist training designed to meet best practice guidelines and provide the knowledge and skills needed to do a remarkable job for the children, young people and adults supported by Aspris.

Supporting those who serve

At Aspris we already have many colleagues who are former members of the Armed Forces, current reservists, Cadet Forces Adult Volunteers or military family members, so we understand the skills and experience they have and welcome them as part of our diverse workforce.

We offer a guaranteed interview scheme for Armed Forces leavers, additional leave for Reservists and Cadet Forces Adult Volunteers to allow them to undertake training and flexibility, and relocation during redeployments for Service spouses and partners to allow them to continue with their career.  If you would like more information about the support available, please email HR@Aspris.com

What makes me proud to work for Aspris? Putting a smile on staff and children’s faces. Making sure I’m doing my job at the best of my ability. My proudest moment really would be joining the team in the first place. It’s changed my whole aspects of life, I couldn’t ask for a better job. The staff are lovely and the children are just a joy to be around.
